Masino Group is a long-established Finnish family business with a strong presence in the industrial sector. As part of a strategic move to consolidate three offices into a single unified headquarters in Vantaa, Masino undertook a comprehensive refurbishment and expansion of its existing office premises.
The goal was to create a modern, high-quality work environment that reflects the company’s values, enhances well-being, and supports collaboration across departments.
Led by the Finnish interior design agency Rune & Berg Design, the project began with a thorough workplace study to better understand the organisation’s work culture and needs. The result was a tailored spatial plan and workplace concept that aimed to unite people under one roof and build a more inspiring and functional office environment.
The new space was designed to feel both elegant and welcoming – warm materials, natural tones, and considered lighting and acoustics all contribute to a carefully curated work atmosphere that supports everyday tasks as well as moments of focus and collaboration.
To meet the goals of modularity, acoustic comfort, and versatile use of space, the design team turned to Intuit’s product portfolio. Several key pieces were selected to enhance both functionality and comfort:
The furniture choices were made in collaboration with Modeo, Intuit’s partner in Finland, who was in charge of furnishing in the project. Collaboration with Modeo, an expert in the furnishing industry, was once again smooth and effortless.
The renewed Masino Group headquarters was completed in January 2025 and now stands as a testament to thoughtful office design. It brings together quality materials, clear spatial logic, and functional furniture solutions that serve the needs of both individuals and teams. The flexible and inviting furniture from Intuit plays a key role in delivering the refined yet approachable atmosphere that defines the space.
